I have a 1962 johnson seahorse 10hp QD 23A......I need new lower gears for it.....it keeps kicking out of gear so I looked and the drive gears are stripped out.....I cant seem to find what i need... any help would be appreciated....thanks

My 10 hp johnson seahorse runs for a minute and then sputters and dies....QD 23A 1960???? I ran it for about 20 minutes one night and then the next night it started and ran for about 10 minutes.....It seems to get fuel to the carb for a minute but it does not maintain suction????? if I squirt...
