yea, I can't remember what it cost but it wasn't much. once up and running it worked well, problem was by the time the shed got warm I was finished piddling and had to shut it down. I remember and article regarding the waste oil heaters as well, I think it was written up in mother earth magazine...

The more flue pipe you keep inside the shed, the more heat you will get inside.

I heated a shed with a converted 55 gal. drum. There was a kit available in cast iron which came with all the parts. Biggest problem i had was the time it takes to heat up the area and then shutting it down. I wouldn't leave it going when I wasn't there..
