Subject of a bow eye safety chain comes up from time to time.

This is supposed to be a 1965 model. Don't know if its a 16' or 18'. I know that would help. Seller is "unavailable" for a while. Can we tell what model this is with these photos? Sure would be nice to have inside and outside of transom, but not yet. I have looked at hundreds of photos on the...

Actually fell asleep on about lap 9 while watching it live last night. Speed channel replayed it this afternoon and I had it on for background noise while cooking. The 2nd half of this race was great. THe action from 2nd to 8th was unbelievable, dozens of passes, crazy passes and pitstops, a...

Had a friend ask me for help finding a lower unit for his '92 150. Found out the 90-120-150 lowers (1990-1994) with the two piece driveshaft will fit. Question, is the difference in the driveshaft length (20" or 25") determined with the upper driveshaft? Or to put it another way, will a...

As mom gets older (75), it is getting more difficult for her to get into/out of the boat. Specifically, stepping down into the boat from the top of the gunnel to the floor, or from the floor to the top of the gunnel when exiting. Height is about 23", but can be as much as 30" if stepping up onto...

What is that contraption under the drivers seat?

Anyone happen to know the hp rating for a 16' Holiday, . Never mind, find it, 85 hp, same as the 16 SS. Thought I found the boat for my 90 Merc.

The add says 16' Starcraft. What do you think is is? How old? Virtues? http://janesville.craigslist.org/boa/2924242819.html

Did they make such a boat? Ran into a guy that says he has one. A 15' Holiday, 1976 BiCentennial.

I've been doing ebay for over 10 years, and thought I knew the way it all worked. Tonight, I checked in on an item that I have been watching, and found something unusual in the bidding. Bid was up to 3,000, and the bid increment was $50. I checked the bid history, just because. Kind of...

http://stcloud.craigslist.org/boa/2847743879.html Aside from the gas guzzling, the ITCHING, the letters OMC, the 350 mile drive to go look at her, and the wonderful colors, what do you think? Ugly enough to almost be cute.

Found this on our state surplus equipment auction site. Have no idea what it is, or does, but it looks like serious stuff. Any ideas? http://www.maxanet.com/cgi-bin/mnlist.cgi?rlust45/26712

Packers poor tackling, poor tackling, and undersized corners and safeties. :( :(

Never knew much of Burl Ives. Did he have a voice. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j2klh2cTa_Q&feature=related Always loved the sound of The Ventures. http://www.youtube.com/watch?NR=1&v=aQSPivbWwuY&feature=endscreen http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sb4YG9QwOGE&feature=related And The...

Looks like some exciting action this week. Just got home from Lambeau and settling in to watch SportCenter and get all the details. Took my nephew to his first Packer game, and what a game. 1125 yards of offense, 11 passing td's. Had great seats and got to play with the new camera. The first...

Really want to go see the Packers/Lions on New Years day. Can't seem to pull the trigger on tickets. Hard to decide, another boat, or a pair of tickets? Cheap seats are $200. Decent seats are $250. Really nice seats are $335 - $700. There's always the ebay, never a sure thing on winning or the...

Got myself into a bad position. Bought a boat thats needs a little work, and an outdrive for the 40 year old 120 hp MC-1. Not sure if I should do this, or look for a newer powerplant complete with drive. If I go with new power, which seems very expensive, one option looks to be buying a newer...

Thinking about another vessel. Found one, but don't really want to deal with the drivetrain. Has anyone re-powered with a modern engine and drive ? What are my options ? What would fit ? Would like it to fit under the existing motor cover.

Hey bud, that wasn't your hotel that announced its closing, is it? You still working?

This boat is for sale near me. Appears to be an early 70's 18' Mariner center console. http://wausau.craigslist.org/boa/2581566847.html I would consider viewing/buying it, but I already have an 18 SS, 16 SS, and just bought the 18 Mariner below. So, question is, is this front convertible...
