It is like owning a cabin, people age out of them, kids grow up move away or don't have the time to visit. I am fortunate that I just walk down to the dock and get in and go, if I had to haul in and out every time I would not boat as much.

I was looking, I needed to replace the back seat cushions for the ski boat talked to a local apolstry shop there was sticker shock and a 4 month lead time. Found a guy on the e-bay custom cushions in a week and a fraction of the cost. Instead of $3000 I will pay $300 for two cushions. Don't need...
Horrible cold turns out to be a great time, I scored a 38' dock on wheels and a boat lift with a canopy for $1400 today. Grandsons will have their own dock, lift, and boat.
