I know most center consoles run t-tops but I think I want more shade so i was thinking Bimini. I found a couple of pics here of 1850s with Biminis.

Boat will not idle.
Can get it to run with throttles open but lots of white smoke.
Pumping primer bulb has fuel coming from behind the throttle plates.
So I removed all 4 carbs and pumped the bulb still has fuel coming from behind the throttle plates.

She is pretty much stock with a Johnson 140hp v4.
I think I need to add a speedometer and tach. The speedo will be pretty easy...
