Has anyone found an aftermarket source for exhaust elbows for Volvo Penta gas engines with catalytic converter? I am told they are only OEM, not aftermarket.
Trying to get my boat working properly this summer despite several setbacks.
Started the engine and after about 10 minutes idling at the dock I heard a couple of alert beeps a minute or apart. Then continuing beeps. Turned off the engine and used my Diacom to read the codes. DTC 441 and 442...
I had the outdrive completely rebuilt by one of the best companies in the country. Drive was reinstalled by a local marine shop. When first put in the water and started I get a DTC=713 water in outdrive gear oil.
I think the Ocean-X system needs to be reset.

Boat is a 2011 Chaparral Signature 270. Need to replace the shift cable. Would like to know ahead of time so I can buy the proper cable. The throttle cable is a 19'. Outdrive is DPS-A OXI.
Looked with a flashlight and do not see a marking on the shift cable. Found one on the throttle cable.
