The pigs are still biting.

A smoked breakfast fatty is killer. But not something you do very often. Basically eggs, cheese, some peppers, onion, hash browns, rolled up in sausage and wrapped in bacon then smoked.

Smoked up a rack of ribs for the wife and I today, also made a batch of smoked beans. She made some homemade Mac and cheese.

Getting to be BS. I pay for my cable with no extra “ premium “ channels. I won’t pay any more game or no game. Probably headed to having to pay extra to watch any football games. Good thing for college ball.

Couple teams playing twice on prime. Not going to sit well. I know my buddy that’s a steeler fan won’t be happy.

You guys are right. It’s only the bunks on the guide ons that have screws. The ones under the boat have lags. My problem is I’ll probably need to cut and carpet the new bunks ahead of time then swap them out after I launch the boat and tie it off or beach it. I don’t have the option to keep it...

I’ve seen some mighty good looking grub come off big green egg.

Right now they have have #14 panhead stainless wood screws. The carriage bolts will work for a temp fix and that’s what I’ll do, but when I redo all the bunks I’ll go back to the screws, lot cleaner look.

I did! 😄 the bass fishing has been hot here. Turns out the bunk is soft. The others seem to be OK for now. Time to fab up all new bunks and get them on before too long.

I go to take out today and see my one bunk hanging down. Was a bit hairy with the wind and an audience driving the boat on without gouging it. Got her tied on for the ride home. New hardware is in order all the way around and a stash of big zip ties in the truck.

Nicky six might be very near the end of his NFL career. He will always be a hero in Philadelphia. Even have a statue of him and Dougy P. outside the stadium.
