Hello all. We made it back in one piece I am glad to say. We managed to get all the way to California and back to Pa with no bike troubles at all. Had a couple near misses though. Once a guy was flying down the road with a wooden bed frame in his truck not tied down and of course the thing flew...

Hey Neumanns do you really think anchors like to be in water? :D :D ROFLMA

That had to be the best post I ever read on here. :D

The wife wanted to get some sun today so we went out on the boat about 11:00. I let her sun away and I figured I would just troll a bit and maybe pick up a fish or two. Then this thing hit. It is a chain pickerel. Since I was trolling I had a long ways to reel this fish in. The thing was...

Here is the deal. For the past 12 years now my old dog has been roaming on my property and the two neighboring property's. Every one around loves her and they look forward to seeing her out every day. She never did any harm to anyone or anything. She is so old now she rarely ventures off my...

This one has me baffled. When I turn on my eagle fishfinder (new this year) I noticed a ticking noise coming from the battery? Sounds like a loud wrist watch.Ground is good battery is new and the trolling motor is on the same battery but it does it when the motor is unplugged. Only other thing...

Wow they are really posting a lot of questions over on the outboard section!! Three pages so far just for today. Almost seems like to many for the experts here to keep up with. I guess its to be expected with the boating season in full swing now. Not at all like when I first came here in the...

Went out to one of the lakes here to fish in the rain, and because of all the rain the docks were under water and the lake was closed to all boats. It just keeps getting worse here in southeast Pa. The call is for more rain today :( The farmers here are pretty well screwed, the corn...

Well here it is raining AGAIN!! Have the day off and planned to go fishin but as usual Spinner sent the rain up thisaway. This is getting down right unreal, it rains every single weekend around these parts with a slight break here and there. The lakes are high and the color of chocolate...

My old motorguide trolling motor died on me today. I am in the market for a new one.Bow mount foot control. My question is, do the ones that electric steer as opposed to the cable steer use a lot more juice from the battery? I was thinking the minncota power drive looks like a good bet for the...

Just got back from 4 days of fishing on Black lake. The pike fishing was unreal. 20 to 30 inch pike by the dozens. Countless largemouth. This was my first trip to this lake but not my last. We lucked out on the weather for sure.

Didn't think I would make it with my pops health problems and all,,, but he is back at his place with mom and I am packed and ready to go for four days of fishing up on black lake. I originally canceled because my son could not get away from work and my pop fell ill. My wife unbeknown...

This is really getting depressing. Rain, rain, rain. This has got to be the worst spring here in southeast Pa. I can remember. I am just about going nuts from boredom. The last 3 weekends have been cloudy and rain, temps in the fifties and low sixties. Not the heavy or steady kind of rain just...
