    Carbs on a '79 Evinrude

    My '79 Evinrude 35hp shop manual says nothing about spraying fogging solution into the carburetor throat while running. I've done this with all of my other old motors (this is the first time that I've winterized this motor). I also couldn't find the carburetor throat. Do I not need to do this?
