    electric brakes in salt water

    I want to put brakes on my trailer this spring and I heard the Fulton makes electric trailer brakes that can be used in the salt. Has anyone had experience with these, and if so do they hold up? <br />I was going to go with a surge system but I have heard a lot of complaints with surge brakes.

    I got a set of new ex manifolds for my 88 OMC Cobra 4.3. I want to paint them soon. I'm thinking of using regular engine paint on them (even the old ones really didn't get hot) but am not sure of what is the correct primer to use--zinc chromate or regular??

    Anybody use Interlux Trilux

    This is an antifouling paint for outdrives that is replacing the Micron 33. It is available in a can so you can apply with a brush, in addition to spraying. I wasn't comfortable spraying something as toxic as Micron 33 even with a respirator. I'd like to know if it works well enough to last one...
