    I didnt do vacuum test, only pressure test+rotating the shaft and nothing, no pressure drop, no bubbles.. Do You think to fix it or live with it? I know the prop seal is real pain to replace...

    You can use old oring to mark the position for the bearing tool then slide it 1/4inch back as alldodge said to prevent tool touching the coupler

    Hello, im looking at Manual #18 and #25 The book says if you turn counterclockwise you have less choke and vice versa BUT on my boat if I turn it counterclockwise - C - Im closing my choke plate same here @ 0:25 is it an error done by Mercury ?
