    Are controls interchangeable?

    I have a Bayliner with the stock 90hp Force engine and controls. I 'm wondering if I get a different motor(Evinrude, Johnson, Merc, Yam.) would the controls still work, or would I have to get new controls? Is there some kind of conversion kit for controls?

    Need help finding part - seat latch.

    Trying to find this latch that goes on the bottom of the seats on my Sea Ray Sea Rayder. The little ball on the end rolls, and is spring loaded to retract into the housing. I've tried Sea Ray, and cabinet shops for something close. Any ideas?

    Upholstery quote for Sea Rayder

    Just got a '98 Sea Ray Rayder F-16 that needs the seats re-done. We took it to one of the local shops and they quoted about $900 to re-do all upholstery without new foam. Apparently it's still in good shape. Does that sound reasonable? Thanks.
