    Agree with above. Some confusion over prop actual pitch perhaps. But also agree with the last post. Make sure you have the tachometer set on the right setting. For 2 stroke cycle and 6 cylinders.

    Volvo Mercruiser Trim Pump Conversion Swap

    Is it the pump with the oil res built in ? Famous for the check valves passing and allowing the outdrive to not hold position. Sometime in the early 90’s, VP changed the pump type to have the external oil res. You can retrofit this type fairly easily.
