    Have an AQ231A in my 89 baretta phaser 230 cuddy. What model stern drive came with this - 270, 275, 280, or 290? What is a good prop? I have a 14x19 aluminum michigan. Hole shot isnt great with a load. It tops out at 43 mph.

    AQ 231 tilt motor and pump

    So my tilt motor/pump unit is finished. Any aftermarket ones that will work on a 1990 AQ231A?? Anyone have an original in working order kicking around?

    Lost Spinner Cone aq231A????

    Just yesterday I replaced my prop on an AQ231A volvo. Tightened the cone as hard as I could and the allen bolt. Went for a run, beached the boat and noticed its gone so had to limp back to the dock. I'm wondering how this could happen??? Any ideas
