    Diapers and doggie pads

    Almost 14 years later diapers should not be needed for a mess but I do use those Dollar store doggie training pads under my outboards during maintenance ... keeps the floor clean :-)

    another question on 5.5 jubile shift rod disconnect

    any suggestions… I am trying to drop the LU by having removed the PH , removing the upper shift rod retaining bolts but now the shift rod won't release pass the shifter and drop down with the LU tried protecting the threads & tapping/wacking on a bolt face installed on the tip of the shift rod...

    Plastic lawn mower filters on pressurized fuel side on 5.5 hp

    well my C clip holding the glass bowl on the side filter on my 5.5 vanished in my shop :noidea: if it stays vanished all winter long can I use those lawn mower plastic filter on the pressurized side from the tank to the carb or are these filters strickly to be used on the vacum side...

    need help how to wind spring and new cord on 3.9hp 1963-4 Merc

    can't figue out how to replace the cord and.... wind up the spring under the 3 pawls that spin out to grab the flywheel ​surely a simple solution but a few pics or good words would help a lot the spring unhooks itself if Ihave the unfortunate tendency to turn the back plate the wrong way...
