    difference inbetween 5.7l & 5.7lx

    What are the differences in between a 5.7 l & lx? I am assuming the l has a 2 barrel Carb instead of the quadrajet 4 barrel, but what else? Its a 40 HP difference? Regardless I am glad I have the lx :-)

    Besides adjusting the cylnder in each drum is there a way to adjust the breaks so they start working sooner? Just seems like I have to sstop really hard before they work.....least they work tho
