    I have a chance to buy 68 Starcraft cheep

    Just need some quick feedback.. It's a 68 Starcraft 18 foot "Holiday" Solid 120 hp 4cyl. That runs great. Needs mostly cleaning and misc work..Does need a trim wire replaced, the down got broke today by the soon to be ex owner.. It's a grand including the overkill D/A trailor.. Let me know...

    OD removal.....

    Hello my friends. 73 blah blah with a 165 mercruiser L6 motor. Really stuck with removing the OD. Played by the rules.. 1. In FWD gear (prop locked CCW, ratcheted to the right) 2. Removed 6 nuts & dropped the trim arms 3. Bounced her to help break the seal a little. Did so and cracked the skag...

    Hey guys. 165HP L6 Mercruiser Quick question. Boats on trailor in driveway. Has small incline. Removing OD. 6 bolts off, trim arms off, but due to incline, the OD does not drop fully (90 degrees?) Seems like it has a few more inches to go.. Anybody ever had to jack up the stern to pull the OD...
