hey kev did you get engine sorted? im wondering if it isnt on fast idle because of cold they will run fast till warmed up and if you doing it with a hose it will never warm up try a trash can and watch temp
think the two tablets came out nice i had to use tablets for the wifi fish finder and the nav because they were wifi and i wanted something i could remove when it was stored at a storage yard
man i need to keep up with ya build, anyways i made my owen steam box out of if you recall when i built that wooden top for the fiberglass hull i used 2x12 and 2 x6 and made end pieces for it and piped in the steam from a wallpaper steamer , worked great :)
i personally think acrylic wax for gelcoat is way to go it will become the sacrificial part of the wax and keep gelcoat from powdering up from uv or ozone both attack gelcoat and paint thats not protected .
We got this stupid front just hanging, the blue boat ready to splash this one has a couple things left about a days work dry weather will get it done :)
I usually pull completely the turn cap over and replace bedding in that as well , the thing is on this one they had filled the transom area with extra resin/ mix and I had to cut all that out just to remove cap
No water just yellow and no fumes and it had stabil in it but for some reason this gas just went bad , engine running good with fresh rebuilt carbs and synced up :)
Yaay I can sync carbs again, last one I had I used on a Pontiac 421 with 3 duices, didn't have any metric connections , this one set to go (posted on the other boat post and tried moving post here
