    1957 Gale 5hp Cooing Question

I just bought this little engine from an antique shop. It may be worthless I don't know...but it was cheap and looked fun to tinker on. My question is does this little engine have an impeller? The leg looks so skinny I dont know how they could fit one in there! Also any leads on parts diagrams?

    Heavy Duty or Standard experience

I have a 66 OMC. The Larson archives for 1966 show my exact boat and the options for that were what they called the (high performance OMC) or the (heavy duty OMC). Looking at my parts manual for that year It is clear that I have what is called the standard group outdrive not the heavy duty. It...

I pulled apart my stringer today and replaced the water pump. While I had the lower unit off I noticed down by the swivel bearing there was some water. I have a 1966 OMC 120hp. I understand these engines to be Chevy II's. 153 cid. The original fuel pump lists for roughly $150.
