    Can any of you good people on here decipher an engine i.d. tag. the model # is ce90tlcdc. I know its a 90 hp evinrude but i don't know how to tell the year.

    90 hp vro won't rev

    I have an 84 evinrude 90 hp and it won't rev up in the water when you put it in gear. 10 mph is all i can get out of it. I fogged the motor last fall and this is the first time out this year. any Ideas?
