    1984 bayliner 17 foot capri... Where to get cover tarp?

    THe boat has button snaps all around it about a foot lower than the railing of the boat (does this have a propper name?).     With 5 adults in the boat and 1 adult skiier. Do you think the boat would have enough power to pull the skiier? I don't mind switching props, but I would like to keep a top speed of 35 MPH atleast. Does going to a very low pitch prop decrease gas milleage? Thanks
