    1983 evinrude starts great, slowly dies out when warm

    1989 Johnson 90

    Hey all, quick question/concern. I topped up my oil tank today, and remembered that no matter how long I have not started my boat, the oil primer bulb is always stiff.. The gas will need to be pumped , but the oil is always full/stiff. Is this normal? thanks, Shane
