    Newbie Needs help proping my 96 four winns volvo penta 3.0

    Currently have a 170 horizon open bow four winns, 3.0 volvo penta, 4 blade, SS stilleto 22 pitch. Boat runs around 4100 rpm at WOT around 38mph.     Greetings all! I just had a hose go bad on my volvo 3.0GS, i removed the riser , and pulled off the bad hose that connects the riser to the exhaust pipe, and there was a pin in the tube with nothing on it..What is that for?
