    hello my iboat guys ineed a little help i found the pump i need part number 18-7278 fuel pump but they keep asking me with filter up or down,i took of the old pump with the part that look like a spring with a adjustment screw up does that meen the filter is up. anyone knows thanks.

    starting problem

    im getting my boat ready but i have a problem i bought two new batteries gave it new plugs wires points new oil new outdrive oil and the last thing is to start it but its kind of slugish motor turns like the battery is dead. im thinking it the starter. anyone out there with more information...
