    650 1971 Thunderbolt won't turn off

    I bought a 15' boat with the mentioned motor real cheap a few weeks ago. She wouldn't start for me, so I replaced the wiring harness because the wires where orginal and shot. Then low and behold she turned over. Now it starts on a regular basis (it has twice now), but the thing won't turn off...
