    Carb needle won't seat - 9.9 - 2001

    I cleaned the carb and bought a carb kit but for some reason the needle isn't seating properly. Such that when I prime it the gas flows out of the overflow. I don't have a lot of experience with this stuff so is there anything a noob might do to mess this up? Thanks

    1990 4 h.p. Johnson won't run

    It was flooding. I put a new carb kit in it. It started up and ran a bit, then stopped. I put carb cleaner in the air intake and it ran for a while. Then couldn't get it started. It is getting gas. Could it be the computer unit is haywire? Any suggestions much appreciated.
