    Merc 1 prop shaft seal removal??

    I have a 1967 Merc 1 outdrive for my 110Hp Mercruiser. I have removed the prop and am left scratching my head as to how to remove the prop shaft oil seal. It is pressed in there pretty good. Thanks

    Removing busted bolts (no heads) Merc Outdrive

    I just picked up a replacement outdrive for my boat, a Merc I EZ-shift. The only problem with the new one is the top cover bolts have been snapped off. They all sit flush with the top of the upper housing. Sooo, what is my best option to get these bolts out to replace them?

    Honda B75 Cam alignment....

    Well one problem is now fixed so on to the other. On the flywheel there are 2 marks, one labeled T and the other labeld F. The F mark extends down the side of the flywheel. Now here is my question which mark is the cam mark supposed to line up with?

    Welding upper gear housing.....

    Well in finding out I have a crack in my upper gear housing on my Merc EZ shift (1965) I wanted to know if it can be welded? the crack is at the back end runs from the outside in...... Are these units aluminum? Also has anyone else welded thier upper or lower outdrive with any luck.... Thanks

    Honda B75 pull start problems....

    I have a 94-95 B75 7.5Hp 4-stroke and the pull start is messed up, it doesn't recoil the rope back in. I took the assembly out to take a look and the bolt is unscrewing itself on every pull. Anyone know of a fix for this??

    Coolant Jacket + JB Weld....Good or bad.

    I have a 65 110hp mercruiser with a crack in a coolant jacket cover. My question is would it be a good idea to slap on some JB weld to patch it up or remove the jacket cover and have it welded (it is an aluminum cover plate on the bottom of the manifold).
