    Slow turning Force 50

    I have a 1990 Bayliner with a force 50 on it. It has not been run in 4 years. I change the lower unit oil and plugs. When i try to start it it turns real slow. If I take the spark plugs out it turns fast. if I take one plug out it will turn fast but with both plugs in it its real slow. I...
