    200 long to short shaft ?

    Hello...I have a 1989 looper 200 25" that i want to convert to 20" what year & hp mid sections will work, also i have a 200 crossflow lower unit will the 20" drive shaft & shift shaft work with looper lower unit, I know the gear ratio is probable different but was hoping the shafts would work...

    Looper vs Crossflow ?

    Looking for opinions on looper vs. crossflow. 23' Mako CC, started out with a mid 70's crossflow 200 ran very good aside for being a gas slob! atleast it got me fishin and never missed a beat, anyhow she found a new home on a local bait boat, Quick fix #2 maybe going back with an '88 225...
