    150 Johnson stalling

    1986 150 hp Johnson stalls when trimmed up. Could this be caused by clogged carbs or maybe the fuel pump is getting weak. Engine runs fine when trimmed all way down and only sputters and stalls when trimmed up only a few degrees.
