    Hey guys i see a bunch of fittings on the outside drive housing whatever u call it lol.. i bought a grease gun and grease.. how do i proceed on greasing this baby? also when i disconnected the steering cable and i can move the drive freely but it makes a rubber squeege friction noise to the left...

    Stiff steering ?

    Hello , i have a 2003 bayliner 175 with the 3.0 mercury inboard . My issue is the steering is very syiff, i just want to go ahead and change the whole thing it looks pretty simple but i want to know is ot ok to grease up the rod in the back? Or is that a no no?
