    My Force 150 doesn't charge at idle...I think new stators are pretty pricey? Any one try rebuilding a stator themselves?

    Force 150 Compression?

    My 1991 150 had about 160lbs of compression I found a 1992 that has about 120llbs. of compression pretty even in all cylinders. Looking inside, the pistons look to be in very good shape. Did they drop compression on the 92's??

    1991 20' Bayliner Trophy HP Rating?

    Well looks like the outboard motor is blown on my 20' Trophy WA. I couldn't find the max rating in HP for this boat. It currently has a 150hp Anyone know what this boat can handle, I'm hoping from 140hp to 200hp. That would give me more options in buying a used Outboard. --HH

    '91 150 Lower Unit compatability

    Anyone know what models and years of lower unit would be compatable with a 1991 Force 150?<br /><br />From information that I have gathered so far, it seems that the '91 & 92 120/125/150 lower units seem to be interchangable.<br /><br />Thanks!

    Anyone rebuild a 125/150 gearcase?

    And have the special tools required for the job and would want to sell them?<br /><br />Or better yet, anyone know where I can find a good used gearcase for my '91 150?

    Force 150 gear case special tool needed

    I have a '91 Force 150 with a type "C" gear case.<br />The driveshaft bearing (under water pump) needs to be replaced. There is a retainer above it and a special spanner wrench is needed to remove it.<br /><br />Can anyone help me identify (or provide a part #) for this tool so I can buy it...
