    mid-1990's mariner 3 cylinder 60 hp hard cold start

    I have a 60 hp mariner (approx 1994 I think), 3 cylinder, that runs great once it is cranked. It seems to flood everytime I try to crank it. I am mixing the wal-mart brand oil with regular gasoline in the 50:1 ratio. I can shoot a dab of starting fluid in the intake and it will fire right up...
