    Evinrude manual says no “premium” oil??

    Found some wc-3 oil for pretty cheap at Walmart it’s made by Evinrude, there is partial synthetic and something called premium.     What is this screw with gasket in side of engine block Evinrude Yachtwin 3hp

    there is this strange screw in the engine block, it has a gasket and when removed it appears there is oil of some sort inside. Attached is a similar picture of the screw. On mine though, there are 2 of what appear to be threaded mounting holes on each side of this screw.
