    Plug wires..

    ok so i was talking to an old mechanic the other day and he says that you can replace the plug wire on a force cdi...... something about they twist out and to only reuse non supression wires? anyone heard of that? BTW 1986 FORCE 85

    ouch here come an expensive lesson......

    Just an FYI...ona day when a relatively simple task goes to pot.... I was just gonna change out the seal for leak down issues on my trim pump valve body. I got all three lines out and was working on the fourth... the line wrench slipped and guess what! CRACK! the freaking wear broke of the valve...

    ok so took the bayliner out this year and all seemed well, got half way across the lake and stopped to play.... tried to restart engine had a difficult time of getting her to fire up... then it would idle for a second then go thump (like a misfire idle misfire idle etc) a few time try to idle...
