    Long shaft to short shaft

    i have a 1963 evinrude 40 hp selectric shift long shaft. i would like to convert it to a short shaft. Could some one please tell me what parts i need to change and/or buy? Also is this kinda of job complicated or you i take this to a shop and have done? thank you for your time.

    1963 15ft Duo

    i jest bought a 1963 Duo 15 ft aluminum boat with a 1963 evinrude 40 hp long shat on it. Does any one know anything about these boats have photos of one of these. im try to some what restore this boat so i can take my kids out in it. this is my frist boat.
