I did my spring maintenance on my boat and now the temps are dropping tonight to 23F for the overnight low.... do I need to panic and re winterize it this afternoon..... or will it be OK for the night

I was looking at buying something like this.... STINGRAY XR3 HYDROFOIL STABILIZER... but they wont fit a Penta... Any ideas of who does??

I gathered the info recommended this weekend so here goes.....
1) No real performance issues just going to buy a 2nd prop and figured one that was better suited for my set up would be good
2) Current prop is the stock aluminum prop
3) Current prop 14.5 x 19 pitch .
4) Wide open throttle RPM and...
I know this Q will probably have a big split but here goes..... I am about to purchase my first boat and have narrowed it down to 2 boats...... one has a 4.3 Volvo Penta set up and the other has a 4.3LX Mercruiser.... The Penta is 94 and the Mercruiser is a 95....
Any feedback would be greatly...
