    Having trouble starting engine. 1972 6 cylinder Mercruiser Printed on the coil is "Use Without External Resistor". Does that mean that i don't have a ballist resistor.I cannot find one?     Anode-head bolt thru transom

    Just replaced transom in '72 Starcraft aluminum I-O boat. Failed to put rubber washers on anode-head bolts and it leaks. Can I put some sealer around the anode-head or must I remove the bolts and reinstall. Motor is installed so its a tight fit to remove the bolts. Thanks Ray
