    excessive oil on spark plugs!!!!

    My 1989 Evenrude 9.9 2 stroke always has an excessive amount of oil on the plugs. Just changed the reed valves and still has a slight "popping" sound at idle. Installed a 15hp carb and Boyeson two stage reeds and still pops a little at idle.Only ran it with the muffs but will try it out in water...
