    1991 15hp johnson fuel pump problem

    The pump leaks when pumping the ball...I need to take the pump off and rebuild...How can you get it off? It is electric start.I was going to take the starter off for easier access but powerhead flywheel prevents this...Do I need to pull the powerhead to service the fuel pump???
