    tilt problem

    I have a 1985 5.7l. OMC I/O. When I try to tilt the stern drive up I have to hit the up position on the up/down switch 4 or 5 times (sometimes more) before it starts to move. Once it starts to move its OK. It usually goes down as soon as I hit the down position of the switch. Any ideas?
