    Mercury tilt problems

    I have a 1986 115 mercury that will go up to trim but when it's supposed to go faster for the tilt part is stops but the motor is still straining , if it's because it's low on oil how so you get the motor up to fill it.. Thanks for any help..:cool:

    Johnson 200 Replacing the VRO pump

    Hey there, I would like to replace the VRO pump on my 1993 Johnson 200hp, is it a big job or not, I did replace the sensor on it but the alarm keeps going off, I want to see if replacing the pump would help. Thanks for any instructions.

    I have a 1993 200 with the VRO in place, but the alarm keeps going off indicating that it's not getting enough oil. So I've been mixing myself at 50-1. I'm trying to avoid having to pull the boat out of the water and take it to the mechanic. Is there any thing I can check or disconnect? Maybe...

    No oil alarm

    I have a 200 Johnson 93' and the oil alarm keeps going off, it seams that it's not getting enough oil, the tank is full, is there a way to adjust the amount of oil that come out of the oil injection system?

    Stuck Lower unit '90 evinrude

    Does anyone have any idea's to get the lower unit off without cutting it. I tryed everything and it won't come down. I got the all the bolts out and the pin for the shifter. I does seam to move a little but won't come down. Help PLease

    New antena

    I want to install a external on my GPS but the only place without going through the cuddy is on the top of the gunwell, next to my VHS antena, does anyone know if the stainless steel rail above it will render the reception. I'd rather not put anymore holes in the roof of the cuddy,,

    90' 120hp lower unit won't come off

    I have a 1990 120 evinrude and I can't get the lower unit to come down. I have all the bolts out and the shift lever disconnected, I've been beating and prying but it still won't come off,,, any suggestions.. I removed the 4 bolts on the gear housing and the bolt under the trim tab, the trim tab...

    1990 120 evinrude starting problems

    I have a problem starting my 120 evinrude, I replaced the starter but it still strains to turn over. I put the jumper cables right on the starter to bypass the solenoid so I know that it's getting enough juice but it still strains to turn over.. Anyone have any thoughts..
