    won't idle 1992 yamaha 200

    i took out fishing run wot no problem ,on the way back the motor won't idle,and as soon i hit the choke before it die it will pick up rpm ,is that sound like fule related,i check all hose change new fuel pump,still the same,and while i out there,few time won't start,i put in nutral and forward...

    fuel ball soft

    what would u look first for 1992 yamaha 200txrq when first pump it up it get hard,after crank it up and run for a little,the prime fuel ball getting soft,but not real soft or flat,still firm but can be squeez it down,what will few things u will look at it first?thanks.

    temp right for the plugs?

    i change water pump ,and water come out much stronger then before when i hook up the muff,i think i got it fix,no more overheat,and i use temp gun check the temp of the spark plugs while it running idle,the top plugs is around 140,and middle plug is about 130,and buttom plug is about 120 on both...

    to rich on gas?

    everytime after run my yamaha 200 pull all the plugs and they look wet,motor running fine,am i running to rich on gas?and wet is not water,it is gas and oil mix.

    no t-stat in cylinder

    i replaced water pump of my 92 yamaha 200 outboard because over heating,and i loss 4 bolts checking the t-stat,find out there is none t-stat in it on both cylinder,is that ok,i run the boat wot on and off for 2 hours ,not over heating,i belive i fixed it,but no t-stat is ok ?any good...

    do this will stop carb gum up?

    i know lots of carb after sit for while it will gum up,will drain the bowl of carb will stop gum up?all it take is loss the drain let the remain gas out,correct?thanks.

    wot rpm good?

    1992 yamaha 200 outboard,run wot 5000rpm 42mph on 21 foot center console,is ok,just like to know my motor run all six cylinder or just five.if just five cylinder firing,can i reach it 5000rpm?thanks for any advices.
