    1993 Johnson 150 hp V6 bearing housing anode

    How do I know when I need to change this? I pulled the bearing housing out of the lower unit today and it looks all black and has lots of raised white oxidation markings. Is there any indicators that could help me determine that this may need changing? Thanks.
