    93 40hp Force won't turn over

    Mercury or Force? This is confusing...!

    Why is the Mercury Mariner Force (1993 40 hp ob) named that and not just Mercury Mariner? Is this a Mercury motor or Force or both??? My serial number tells me that it is a Force. This is confusing. Serial # is in the 0E01's.....
