    honda 45hp oil problem

    I have a 45hp honda 1994 and starts and runs good. I ran it for 10 min and revved it and shut it off and checked the oil. When i took the dip stick out oil started pouring out of the hole when i removed the dipstick. Would this be due to a bad oil pump?
