    Got in a discussion with a friend the other day about retiring and living on a boat.... Got to wondering where to go.... $1000 or more a month would take a lot of the allure out of it. Nice clean water fair climate... LOW COST .... Electricity water pump outs and at least a local grocery...

    Soooo My twin merc 260 I/O 28' cruiser has TINY Bennett tabs on it and is quite stern heavy... The tabs measure 12x8... Looking on the Bennett website it tells me that I need at least 24x12 tabs and I'm inclined to agree BUT I don't think they will fit. iI is 28" to the center of my outdrive...

    Re: Help me convince the parents they need airbags that ISN'T tongue weight it's PIN weight and 1500 lbs is not an issue for a 250... My PIN weight is IIRC 2500 + my 5th wheel hitch (Curt 20k q5 slider) alone weighs 250 lbs + I have a 100 gallon fuel tank and a tool box in the bed for another...

    sooo aside from the boats shouldn't have carpet Jazz... I find that I need to buy some carpet for my cruiser... this will be snap in on top of the white gelcoat dash and floor in the cockpit ... color: Burgundy.... measure... 8' x13' should do it... ok done right... OH HECK NO... 18 oz 20 oz 22...
