    Has anyone ever been stopped or fined for over loading their boat above the capacity plate? My boat has a 9 person and 1,275 lbs maximum capacity. If I carry 10 people and PFDs for all 10, will I still get fined? How would law enforcement prove my boat is carrying over 1,275 lbs?
