    Hey, I was wondering if anyone out there has a 4.3 Volvo with a Holley four barrel I just put one on and had to put a 3 inch riser because it would hit the thermostat housing. Does anybody have any recommendations on how to remove the risers and still run a Holley carb.

    Hay, I just bought a 2002 regal 18' with a merc 4.3 2 brl, once it is warmed up to operating temp, 175 on gauge, it wont idle, or barely run below 1500-2000 rpms, if i can get it past that point is runs awsome.
