    Water is getting into the trim oil. I'm going to replace the seals on the cylinders and undo the transom line connections to drain and hopefully reseal the system. Does anyone have a good source of info for tips? I found this link helpful...

    I split the drive just now. The shoe looks fine, but the washer was all jacked up.. so I reflattened it and im putting it back together. Getting the shift shafts to line up is a bear.
